Keep Calm and Carry On

This has been my mantra for a while now. Not only is it a poster that I have been coveting for a long time (along with this) and will buy for myself once we are “settled” – whatever that means with a baby coming – but I just keep repeating it to myself. This week, hospital in addition to waiting to hear if the Mister is getting another job interview for a job that could move us out of province, cheapest I have to go for an ultrasound to see if the baby has turned or not because the doctor couldn’t tell at my exam last week. I could be freaking out about it until I know for sure but really, prostate I can’t do anything about it at this point. Of course, it will be a real piss-off if, after all these months of exercises, copious amounts of Red Raspberry Leaf tea and other preparations I have to go under the knife because the baby is breech. But in the end what is important is a healthy baby and a healthy Mum. I just have to keep telling myself that – and maybe lay on the floor with the speaker playing music to my privates because apparently the baby will turn to listen to it.

I’m thinking this poster would look good over the crib.
