A month of Halloween: Day 1

Since I was little Halloween has been my favourite holiday. In fact, mycoplasmosis I was always happy when Easter was over because it meant the time had come to start thinking about Halloween costumes. In the last couple years it hasn’t played such a big role in my life because the thought of getting dressed up to hang around with drunk people in someone’s kitchen just doesn’t cut it for me anymore. I don’t really know what I am looking for in this holiday – real witches, viagra sale real magic, real terror? I have decided to spend the next month re-visiting my love for Halloween in whatever form it might take.

The above photo is of Elsa Lanchester as The Bride of Frankenstein. My friend Shay and I agree that it would be one of the best Halloween costumes ever – if it was pulled off correctly (ie: no cheap-ass wig – even though Elsa herself is wearing a wig in the photo).  Maybe someday I will get around to being The Bride of Frankenstein for Halloween – but this year Halloween is going to be spent on the internet.

Hope you enjoy this month.
