It’s National Sibling Day which means that it is the time of the year that I get to pull out these awesome 1980 photos of my siblings and I. And let’s face it, that dog was as much a sibling as the other two. Right now my sister is working her butt off at Sobey’s and when I do get a chance to talk to her she tells me hilarious but frustrating stories of old ladies who do not know what social distancing it (who come in twice a day for one item because grocery shopping is their social life). My brother works all the time anyway so I rarely see either of them but knowing that they are in the world always makes me feel good.
Right now I am super full because we finally had that Indian food feast that didn’t happen the other night – we did get our money reimbursed finally from Skip The Dishes after a couple attempts and some forcefulness on the Mister’s part. It was a little touch and go this afternoon if I was going to be able to keep any food down this evening but that’s why I have multiple types of anti-nausea drugs. The only problem with those is that I can’t always stay awake.
Here is an old photo of my favourite sibling trio. If you are on Instagram and looking for some ridiculously sweet, wholesome fun they had a doll fashion show today and I filmed the whole thing and put it in my highlights.
(These current blog posts are part of my #100dayproject and are written quickly and posted without significant editing. They are what they are, mistakes and all. Much like me.)
